2026 British GT Championship Review as Sponsors

As the 2026 British GT Championship draws to a close, YorPower is proud to reflect on an exciting season supporting talented racing driver Blake Angliss.

The campaign began with clear promise at Silverstone, where Blake charged through the field before contact ended the team’s podium challenge. That pace continued at Oulton Park, with an impressive top-five finish despite starting the race from the pit lane.

Further setbacks followed at Spa-Francorchamps and Snetterton, but Blake’s speed and determination never wavered. The breakthrough finally arrived at Donington Park, where a brilliant wet-weather performance helped deliver his first overall British GT4 victory. Blake and teammate Revie Lake then finished the season strongly at Brands Hatch, securing a well-deserved podium.

For YorPower, the partnership has been about much more than the on-track results. It has been fantastic to welcome our employees, clients and suppliers to races throughout the year, giving them the opportunity to experience the excitement and atmosphere of British GT and support Blake from trackside.

We have also been incredibly proud to see the YorPower name displayed on Blake’s helmet and the #84 McLaren throughout the season. Watching our branding race at some of the UK and Europe’s most iconic circuits has been a brilliant experience for everyone involved.

We would like to thank Blake, Revie and the entire team for their hard work, determination and hospitality throughout the year. From the early challenges to the breakthrough victory at Donington and the final podium at Brands Hatch, it has been a memorable journey—and one YorPower is very proud to have supported.
