YorPower Celebrates Blake Angliss’ First Overall British GT4 Victory

YorPower is delighted to celebrate a landmark achievement for sponsored racing driver Blake Angliss, who secured his first overall GT4 victory in the British GT Championship at Donington Park.

Blake and teammate Revie Lake delivered an outstanding performance in challenging wet-to-dry conditions, taking a lights-to-flag victory in the #84 Paddock Motorsport McLaren Artura GT4.

Starting from pole position, Blake made an excellent getaway and quickly established a lead over the chasing GT4 field. He continued to build his advantage throughout the opening stint, mastering the difficult conditions as the circuit gradually began to dry.

With the team delaying its mandatory pit stop until the track was ready for slick tyres, Blake handed the car over to Revie with a commanding lead. Revie maintained the advantage during the second half of the two-hour race, completing a composed drive to secure a memorable first overall GT4 win for both drivers and Paddock Motorsport.

The result represents a major milestone in Blake’s British GT career. It follows a season in which he and the team have repeatedly demonstrated front-running pace, despite several promising performances being disrupted by incidents and mechanical issues outside their control.
