As the festive season approaches, we’d like to update all our customers and partners on our Christmas opening and closing times — and reassure you that essential support remains fully available throughout the holidays.

Our Head Office will close early on 24th December and we will then reopen as normal on Friday 2nd January.

While our office team takes a short break, our commitment to continuous power never pauses. If you’re a contracted customer, you will continue to have access to our
24/7, 365 emergency callout support throughout the entire festive period. Our engineers remain on standby, ready to respond whenever you need us.
