YorPower Joins Forces with British GT Driver Blake Angliss for 2025 Season
July 9, 2025
YorPower is proud to announce our official partnership with British GT driver Blake Angliss, as he competes in the 2025 British GT Championship with Mahiki Racing. This exciting collaboration reflects our shared values of performance, precision, and pushing boundaries — both on the track and in business.
As a leading UK manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance diesel generators, UPS systems, and control panels, YorPower is committed to powering critical industries with reliable back-up solutions. Supporting a rising motorsport talent like Blake is a natural fit for our brand, aligning our reputation for quality and consistency with his focus and ambition on the circuit.
Blake will proudly carry the YorPower brand on his Mahiki Racing Ginetta G56 GT4 EVO, as he competes in the PRO-AM class alongside co-driver Steven Lake. Their next challenge comes at Snetterton Circuit (11–13 July), where they will take part in two one-hour sprint races — both broadcast live on Sky Sports F1 and GT World YouTube.
Angliss is no stranger to success, having scored podiums in his debut British GT season and maintaining an impressive track record at Snetterton with five podium finishes in previous Ginetta competitions. We look forward to seeing him return to the podium this weekend and throughout the season.
Tony Brimble, YorPower Group CEO, commented:
“We are proud to support emerging talent in motorsport and to be official sponsors of Blake Angliss this season. His drive, discipline, and determination mirror the core values of YorPower, and we’re excited to be part of his journey in the British GT Championship.”
Blake Angliss added:
“It’s fantastic to welcome YorPower to the team. Their support means a great deal, and I’m really looking forward to representing them on track. With their backing, I’m confident we can achieve strong results this season.”
