YorPower wins IWFM Impact Award for Change Management

We’re thrilled to share that YorPower has won the IWFM Impact Award for Change Management—recognition of the journey we’ve been on since bringing several businesses together under one unified YorPower team. Our winning entry centered on our company merger and the way we’ve changed culture and transformed productivity across the organisation. From the outset, we focused on transparency, collaboration and people-first engagement—principles we set out when we were named finalists earlier this summer.

The awards ceremony took place last night (09.10.25) at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, marking the 25th edition of the IWFM Impact Awards. Managing Director Stephen Peal, CEO Tony Brimble, and Head of UPS Annmarie Wakefield attended on behalf of YorPower.
