Google Reviews - Terms & Conditions
Entry Period:
• Every set of 100 reviews received constitutes one competition period.
• The competition will run on an ongoing basis, with draws taking place every time YorPower Ltd. receives 100 new reviews.
How to Enter:
• To enter, participants must leave a genuine Google review of YorPower Ltd.
• Reviews must comply with the platform’s guidelines and should be based on real experiences with YorPower Ltd.
Prize:
• For each set of 100 reviews, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize of £100.
• The prize will be awarded in the form of cash or a voucher, at YorPower Ltd.’s discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification:
• The winner will be chosen randomly from the pool of 100 eligible participants for each draw period.
• Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the draw date using the contact information associated with their review. If a winner cannot be reached, an alternative winner will be selected.
• YorPower Ltd. reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize.
General Conditions:
• YorPower Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• YorPower Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• By participating, entrants agree to YorPower Ltd. using their review and name in any promotional material.
Privacy:
• Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with YorPower Ltd.’s Privacy Policy.
Liability:
• YorPower Ltd. is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incorrect entries.
